These rules apply to every driver and visitor, every time. Anyone who doesn't follow them may be asked to leave the site.
Site rules
Every visit, every time.
Brief your drivers before they leave the depot. It keeps the day moving and keeps everyone safe.
Check in on arrival
All drivers and visitors check in with site staff before entering operational areas.
Approved declaration
Every load needs an approved soil declaration before it arrives.
High-vis at all times
High-visibility clothing must be worn everywhere on site.
Enclosed safety boots
Enclosed safety boots must be worn on site.
Hard hat
Required in active operational areas.
UHF radio, channel 17
A UHF two-way radio in every vehicle, tuned to channel 17.
Follow directions
Follow directions from site staff at all times.
Loads inspected
Every load is inspected before tipping.
No children
Children are not permitted on site.
No dogs or animals
Dogs and other animals are not permitted on site.
No open footwear
No thongs, sandals, open-toed shoes or bare feet.
On the day
What happens when you arrive.
Radio on channel 17 in every vehicle, for the whole visit.
- Arrive during opening hoursMonday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm, with your declaration approved.
- Check inCheck in with site staff before entering any operational area.
- Follow directionsFollow directions from site staff at all times, with your PPE on.
- InspectionEach load is inspected before tipping. Loads that don't match the declaration may be rejected.
